No.  Just no.  I do not want couriers opening my door to leave packages.  I enjoy getting packages as much as the next guy, and I travel a lot.  I am often not home when a package arrives, but I have an issue with people having the ability to gain access to my house when I am not there.  The idea of a smart webcam monitoring access to my house in order to watch a courier leave a package is not comforting at all.  I really like Amazon, but I am not a fan of this idea.

  1. You’re right. I really don’t like this idea as well. Though some people might be OK with that but I wouldn’t want anyone accessing my house when I’m out.

    1. I saw a response on Twitter about this article where someone was saying those with pets are out of luck. Evidently, owning a pet means this service does not apply. That is understandable. No courier wants to be responsible for accidentally setting your pet loose.
